Dr. Matthew Opalach is an experienced family medicine physician in Arlington who has provided excellent care in both primary care and urgent care settings. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed Family Medicine residency at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth.

Jay Pribble, MPAS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Jay grew up in the Northwestern United States. He then moved to Denver and received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Colorado and from Metro State University of Denver. After living in Denver for several years, Jay relocated to the DFW area.
Jay provides care for patients of all ages.
He enjoys treating patients with chronic
diseases and working with pediatric patients. Jay is skilled in acute and chronic disease management as well as in-office procedures. In his free time, Jay enjoys all sports, exercising, learning about wines and spending time with his wife and dogs.
